The Restaurant Pinocchio is in Vellego, a village at the upper end of the Lerrone Valley, almost at the border with the Imperia province. The history of Pinocchio begins in the 1980s when Sara and Nino Ermia, on July 8, 1980 inaugurate the "Pinocchio" restaurant which, through time, has become a meeting place for those who love good food. Since then, many years have gone by and many things have changed.

The turning point takes place in 2003. Giandomenico, their third born son, after years of rising through the ranks around the world, decides to remodel the place and to propose something different from the usual restaurant. Thus the New Pinocchio is born. Its strong point is the high professionalism of its staff reflected by our Clients' complete satisfaction.

The beautiful dining-room in dark wood, made more precious by the refined furniture and by the tonalities imposed to the ambience by games of light, makes it suitable for the series of events following one another weekly. The last Saturday of the month is celebrated with the "Art Saturdays at Pinocchio" where, through shows, entertainment and artistic performances an authentic marriage between food and art is celebrated.

In summer, Pinocchio's doors burst open to the beautiful veranda which can accommodate up to more than 130 people.
