The Restaurant Pinocchio's staff is made of highly qualified personnel with a curriculum displaying great professionalism.
The organization, the general direction and the Client reception is personally handled by the Director Giandomenico Ermia, who, after numerous experiences in the most renowned Hotels of the Italian peninsula (Grand Hotel Mediterranè in Alassio, Grand Hotel in San Remo, Grand Hotel La Perla in Corvara) and various internships around the world (Alfredo's Restaurant in Sydney, Noxon's Restaurant in London, etc.) has decided to apply all the know-
The kitchen is managed by Chef Marcello who, with a lot years curriculum of experience is still successful in satisfying the demands of his clients' palates.
Mrs. Anna, who is in charge of the dining room, is another basic pillar of our restaurant. After many experiences in the area near Albenga, she was personally chosen by the Director for her distinct professional abilities.
